A former cost accountant and current software sales specialist, Jeanette opened her first day spa in 1998. This 12 employee location outside Baltimore grossed $400,000 in its first year. In early 2000, Aveda approached Jeanette regarding opening a second location. Later that year, a new 4,500 sq. foot location was born. By 2004, this 35 employee site was grossing over $2M annually.
