Dee began her career as a John Paul Mitchell Systems “Task Force” and “Premiere” member, educating other Paul Mitchell educators on the latest trends in cut and color. She also developed her own coaching business, mentoring stylists and future professionals by showing them how to master their skills. Dee’s latest accomplishment is winning the title of Bravo TV’s “Shear Genius” and now, Dee is the owner of her own salon, Dee & Co. Hair Studio in Miami, FL.

Gary Ahlquist is the leading cash flow expert in the salon and spa industry. Starting in 1982 by managing 15 independent salons, his success and reputation grew to where he was in demand speaking throughout North America and consulting/training over 8,000 salon/spas in the last 28 years. In addition, he has built two product companies from scratch and ran a $5.5 million dollar hair color company.

Nick is an acclaimed stylist, educator and leading light in the industry. His ground-breaking approach to hairstyling is recognized worldwide. In addition to owning his salon, Nick formed ARROJO Education and an ARROJO and product line.
