As the owner of Precision Nails, and exclusive nails-only salon in Carmel, California, Jaime Schrabeck, Ph.D has been recognized for her strong technical skills, innovative services and practical approach to business. Beyond the salon, Jaime promotes the nail profession by writing savvy articles, training manufacturers, judging competitions, training salon owners and technicians and advising the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.

Gina is a highly respected, award-winning nail technician and has been active in the beauty industry for 20 years. She handles a wide array of mediums with Akzentz gel as the main focus. Gina is gifted with the ability to conform and adapt with the beauty industry without losing her individuality.

Diane Snipe has been in the beauty industry for almost 16 years. Her experience ranges from working in the salons doing nails, hair and management. She is also a District Manager for the Southern California area for Trade Secret.
