Hotel Information

Las Vegas offers hotels, restaurants, nightlife, and the International Beauty Show! IBS secures discounts and specials to make your trip easy and convenient.

Connections Housing is the only official housing company for this event. To ensure that your hotel accommodations are booked under the official negotiated hotel and room rates for IBS Las Vegas, please only book through Connections Housing (Par Avion). Beware of soliciting travel agencies! In past years we have been alerted of several travel agencies aggressively soliciting event attendees. It is important to note that the information these agencies provide is often untrue, many times involving service fees, non-existent room blocks, non-refundable deposits and false rates. Don’t fall for their sales pitch!

Transportation

TAXI

Taxis are a reliable form of transportation used throughout Vegas for decades. With several companies to choose from, you never have to worry about there not being enough drivers at a late hour. Unlike other cities, you cannot hail a taxi on the street in Las Vegas. Taxis are required to pick up passengers at a physical address, such as a hotel taxi line. Hotels have specific areas for taxi pick-up, usually near the valet or main entrance.

RENTAL CARS

If you are coming from the airport, the Harry Reid International Airport Rental Car Center houses 10 car rental companies in one location. The center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with continuous shuttle service to and from airport terminals. There are several standalone rental sites across Las Vegas and a few on site at some hotels, but the airport is the most convenient.

PARKING

The standard Las Vegas Convention Center parking fee is $10 per day. If you keep your paid parking receipt, you’ll have in/out privileges and be able to exit and enter the lot several times if you wish. All LVCC parking structures accept cash and credit cards, but you can also reserve parking in advance through ParkMobile. Note that overnight parking is prohibited.

RIDE SHARE

Ridesharing, commonly associated with Uber and Lyft, is a convenient option for visitors to get around the destination, no matter where you are in Las Vegas.
