Below you will find important show dates, helpful links, and resources:

  • Booth Staff Registration - Access staff registration and badge allocation as well as purchase/view lead retrieval scans.

    • The password is included in your confirmation email. If you need a reminder, please reach out to Sadie Sauter, [email protected] 

  • Exhibitor Hub - NEW THIS YEAR! This is where you will be able to edit your company's exhibitor listing with pictures and products, which is viewed by attendees and available on the show's mobile app!
    • You will need to log in with the contact email that has received the confirmation letter. Then you will create a personalized password, by clicking 'Forgot Password' to access the hub. If you are unsure who the contact is, please reach out to Sadie Sauter, [email protected] 

  • Exhibitor Marketing Toolkit- Download logos and graphics to help promote your presence at the show and increase your brand exposure on social media. 

  • Hotel & Travel- Connections Housing is the official housing company for IBS. All hotel reservations must be made through Connections Housing to receive discount show rates. Beware of other housing companies claiming to have special rates for this event.
