Bio:

Christina Stratton is a multi-exit entrepreneur, creative visionary, and respected leader in the spa, wellness, and hospitality industries. With more than two decades of experience, she has built, scaled, and sold multiple companies—while continuing to own and operate several boutique day spas today.

Her career began in entertainment as the lead singer of a pop group signed to Giant Records and later as a Warner Chappell–published songwriter. That creative foundation evolved into a career defined by innovation, leadership, and reinvention. Christina went on to co-found and successfully exit several spa and skincare ventures, including ISM SPA and Privai, which was acquired by AAG in 2022, where she served as Chief Experience Officer and Chief Creative & Product Officer.

Throughout her career, Christina’s leadership has shaped the guest experience for more than 30 spas wellness destinations nationwide, blending operational excellence with soulful brand storytelling and design. She is a sought-after speaker at national conferences and industry events, known for her engaging approach to entrepreneurship, leadership, and the evolving business of wellness.

Today, Christina is the co-founder of The CAB – Curated Advisory Board, alongside longtime business partner Ilana Alberico. The CAB is a membership-based community that empowers spa, salon, and wellness owners to scale sustainably through collaboration, curated resources, and executive-level mentorship.

She is also the host of the podcast "Reinventing Rumbley: Inappropriately, Appropriate", where she shares candid, witty, and deeply relatable conversations about personal reinvention, leadership, and life after change. Whether she’s teaching on stage, building businesses, or behind the mic, Christina remains devoted to one mission: helping others reinvent, elevate, and lead with purpose.
